Thanks for the challenge and for hosting, Brandi! I used watercolors, acrylic paint splatters and stamped ink images.

Re: Who wants more sprinkles???
Friday evening out with Sharman and her husband to dinner and then wine tasting. Saturday, planting veggies and some marigolds I grew from seeds, staking my peonies to get ready for their show! Sue comes over to scrapbook for a little while in the afternoon. Sunday, give my horse a much-needed ba...

This was awesome to use up scraps, and to use them in a shape! I never thought of that before, and will be using it in the future. Thank you for hosting, and for the inspiration! I provided a photo of my scraps before I started. https://sbing.com/i/gallery2/537946-700.jpg https://sbing.com/i/ga...

Did you try calling the post office? Sometimes that can spark movement.

Re: Best inks for stamping?
I’m a Catherine Pooler fan all the way when it comes to inks. The first couple of pads I purchased I thought the same as Lisa, because I was so used to felt ink pads where I really had to press the stamp firmly. CP are foam and very juicy, I had ink all over 😂. After watching some YouTube lives and...

Re: Best inks for stamping?
I also use memento. I have a standard size pad of tuxedo black which is my go to black ink. Good images and good for coloring. I use the little ones for colors. They seem to last forever, I’ve never replaced one. I like the idea of having smaller inks for my small stamps, I will try the Memento for...

Re: Best inks for stamping?
I have over 100 Catherine Pooler Inks. I would say I'm a huge fan of her inks. 😁 I've tried other companies like pinkfresh, simon says stamps and of course Tim Holtz. When it comes to consistent coverage and stamping. Catherine Pooler is top notch. Make sure to invest in the reinker. It's important...

Re: Brandy's (blbabe1234) Fashion Mood Board Challenge
I used the purple, the turquoise, the eye (which I drew my own) and the chevrons that are on the girls sandles for my inspiration. I also pieced together a lens which was time consuming, it was worth it. Thanks for hosting!!

Re: Stacy's Meet Me for a Nightcap NSD Card Challenge
I chose wine and the charcuterie board. Here is my card, with the required flower and bling! I used Cocoa Vanilla Studio for the background piece of paper for the letter C”, or you could use the chrysanthemum that is the flower. For the letter “B” I used brads and the color blue. Took me a long...

Re: Best inks for stamping?
I think you should buy every single black ink pad you can find and do a blog/video!!! I also think that inks are a little bit subjective - and depends on the result you want to achieve. The only time I need true precision (another reason why I don’t make a lot cards) is when I need stamp a sentimen...

Re: Best inks for stamping?
I agree with all of the above!! Distress Inks aren't for stamping. Great for blending and backgrounds, both the regular distress and the oxide distress. As a new stamper, I preferred Memento Inks and still use them frequently, black, brown, red, green and a few others. The Versafine is another ...

Re: Best inks for stamping?
I love the Versafine for crisp and beautiful coverage every time, with the exception of the occasional clear stamp. Perfect for sentiment, too. I have always had good detail with Memento as well. So, my vote is for any of the Tsukneko for crisp detail. You can still stamp with the others. I just us...
