I used a gold trim I had in my stash. It came in a variety pack of ribbons and I never thought I’d actually use it. Thanks for the push!

I have looked, and I haven’t a single strand of gold.  Must have sold it?  I am gold-strand poor!  LOL. Would gold ribbon do?

If it is narrow ribbon that can be used the same way as string then that should work, like something that can be threaded through a tag, not something wide or chunky.

I used gold metallic embroidery floss for the honor cord on our DGSs graduation card.

Does the string have to be solid gold?  I have twine that is white with gold running through it.  Would that count?

I used gold arrows and banners on this one…it’s from glitter sticker strips. Does that count?

As long as it is metallic, I think that would work.  :greenlol:

the gold element should be some sort of thread, ribbon or fiber.
