Good morning Cherries, miss being here more. The end of the school year is approaching and things are NUTS!!! On top of that it is sooooo hot here. It was 86 degrees at 5:30 this morning.  Really makes you feel like doing nothing!!!  I have not been able to scrap much this week with school deadlines but I am hoping that tonight I will be able to do at least two.  Did waaaaay less than last year but have really loved all the challenges this. Will be doing quite a few in Rewind.  Have a great day everyone  😊

Glad the end of the year is within reach for you!  My sister who is in FL too, has been complaining about the heat also.

Hey Cherries 😊
It's a beautiful day here with JUST a touch of humidity, so hopefully it stays down! 😊 I've got my door open, and I'm sneezing but I love the fresh air lol!
I didn't finish anything yesterday but I got a good start on a few things. I LOVE it when photos you've had forever seem to work all of a sudden! I ALSO love finding the stickers you were looking for 3 days ago! Hah! 😂 IF my head wasn't attached, I would probably be crawling on the floor, looking behind shelves and furniture for it! 😂 😂 😂
Today is therapy - I plan on getting scrappy before AND after! Hard to believe that the NSD is winding down- I'm grateful for the rewinds! Though I do feel like I'm MORE organized each year and while I'm NOT sure how many challenges I've done, I KNOW I'm STILL having a BLAST! 😊 IDK how y'all come up with all the great challenges, but I'm grateful! It's been some of the most fun!!! Certainly has helped to take my mind off things!! 😊
Stay blessed, my Cherry Friends! 😊

Good morning cherries. Just another busy day here, but nothing like the week I'll have next week. 😜

Work was going pretty well until about 5:30 when my client emails me about a FY report looking wonky and an issue with training certs. She knew I wasn't going to look at it until today but boy, there goes my morning. Already took care of the training certs. That was easy. Getting psyched up to review the FY report. 😬

Today is our youngest nephew's FIRST birthday!! We will celebrate Anton as well as his brother Wes on Saturday. Wes turns THREE on Saturday. Busy busy auntie...and I still need to wrap and bag/tag their gifts!

While DH got his surgery scheduled for next Friday, my SIL called me to inform that Jasper is scheduled for a procedure next Thursday. It will be to stretch those mouth muscles again. So hopefully in/out, easy peasy. They will drop the other 3 kiddos off at my house. Draven's last day of Kinder is next Wednesday, so I won't need to take him to school. So that helps. All while working and dealing with contractors. Yeah..I got this... 😂 😜

Anywho....off to review the FY report...hope y'all have a great day
Brandy 🐾 🐾 ❤️

Kristin, you're NOT WRONG about weather like that! (It won't be long before it does that here, too!)
The challenges have been awesome this year, and I hope you do get a chance to do some more! ALSO hang in there, you're sooooo close to summer vacay!!! I commend you, and other teachers, because I honestly just couldn't do it! The bureaucracy of the education system is, well, what it is I suppose- but the kids DO deserve great teachers and I was thinking, I remember a LOT of the wonderful teachers I've had. So even on the worst days, you're probably MORE special to someone than you EVEN know! 😊
Have a VERY blessed day, my friend! 🫂
Thank you so much for those kind words Holly. I have wanted to leave so many times this year but this is how it goes sometimes - good years, not so good. Hopefully next year will be better.

Hey Cherries. What a mess outside today. The wind and the rain brought down so much, my whole yard and everything in it are totally covered with pollen and lots of brand new leaves. What a mess. And it’s going to be windy most of the day. I have an appointment today for an ultrasound of my thyroid as a follow up for the cyst, then lab work for my physical next week. After that home to get back to my layout that I stared the other day. I didn’t get to work on it at all yesterday so hope to finish it up today. Only two more days to get NSD challenges done and I still have a stack printed out. Hoping to get a few more in.

Have a great day Cherries.
So sorry to ear about the mess to clean up. Good luck with your appointments. My daughter and husband have both had their thyroids taken out. Daughter's was cancer. She's doing well now. Just has routine blood work and Dr. appointments.
Oh wow so sorry to hear that. I'm glad she is ok. I have a nodule/cyst on mine and they like to monitor it every six months.
