Buy 3 Washi Get 1 Free Promo Code Not Working

On the promo codes page the "Washi" promo states you can buy 3 rolls of washi tape (mix & match any brand) and get 1 free, buy 6 get 2 free, and so on. I currently have 8 rolls of washi tape in my cart & applied the code, however it is only giving me 1 roll free instead of 2 rolls free. Please let me know if you can remedy this before this promotion ends/the washi rolls I want sell out!
